Pork Ribs in – Best Ever – BBQ sauce
Ingredients
2 lbs. of pork ribs (serves 4 depending on how greedy or hungry you are)
Barbeque Sauce (to make more simply increase quantities accordingly)
- One tsp of (Food Rub Co) BBQ Rub
- One cup of cider vinegar
- One cup of runny honey
- One cup tomato puree
- Half cup Dijon mustard
- One tbsp of soy sauce
- Splash Worcester sauce
Mix ingredients together, heat up in saucepan and reduce to get a nice sticky sauce. (keeps for up to 2 weeks in the fridge). Can also be frozen for use in the future.
Method
- Heat oven to 180 C.
- Place sheet of ribs on baking tray and cook for 1 & 1/2 hours.
- Remove from oven and slather ribs in the BBQ sauce.
- Cook for a further 30 mins then take out and serve
